College Vendor Management Intern
Support the Vendor Management team within three different areas; Contracts, Finance and Performance by:
- Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements
- Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation
- Organize, catalog, document information to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time
- Perform Invoice Verification and reconciliation
- Assist with VMO financial management responsibilities such as auditing vendor/service provider invoices and tracking invoice payments
- Produce and distribute monthly evaluations of Service Provider service level performance
- Support client Vendor Performance Manager with analyses of vendor Service Level Requirements (SLRs/SLAs) and evaluation of historical trending
- Archive and maintain historical records for monthly performance governance and reviews
